RESOLUTION: The only reasonable resolution for him is to make sure the JET stays in the sky for the rest of the season. Hampered by a knee injury all year, Terry hasn’t been the electric 3-point threat the Nets thought they had off the bench. Since he’s returned, Terry has looked slower and inconsistent, the same traits Celtics fans quickly found in the former 6th Man of the Year last season. With Alan Anderson playing well off the bench at the guard spot, Terry will need to find his shooting touch to stick around in the rotation, especially with Kirilenko returning to full strength soon enough.

Has the JET run out of gas?

Other than that? I’d resolve to wear those awesome Christmas Day socks every day of 2014. Haters aside, Jason Terry looked better in those socks than he has playing basketball all season.

With great socks come great success— I think that’s how it goes.

HIGH POINT: Probably the socks. Okay, he did hit four threes in a game twice. But let’s be honest, the socks:

LOW POINT: Like Kirilenko, it’s hard to pinpoint a single time when Terry had a low point, considering that he’s barely played. But maybe that’s the low point — that at 36 years old, he quietly had offseason surgery for his knee and expected to be fine during the season.
