If you’ve seen any Nets game right before tip-off, you’ll see one figure out near halfcourt that’s not a starter: Reginald “Reggie” Evans, in warmup and headband, giving a dap and hug to each starter as they enter the court. But did you ever wonder where those hugs ranked on the intensity scale?

“He was a sight for sore eyes,” Johnson said with a smile. “He came in and gave me a hug, and Reggie’s hugs are pretty intense. I was happy to see him, but that that hug kind of took the breath out of me.”
