The Brooklyn Nets are “moving rapidly” towards contract extensions for both Brook Lopez (three years, ~$60 million) & Thaddeus Young (four years, ~$50 million), according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports. Both deals are expected to be finalized shortly.

Re-signing Lopez and Young has been the team’s top priority this offseason, and the team has made no secret that they want to bring both back and build around them in the frontcourt.
Update: Marc Stein of ESPN reports that deals for Lopez and Young are considered “done deals,” with Lopez earning three years in excess of $60 million and Young securing four years around $50 million:
