The Nets worked out Pinkston prior to the draft, and brought him on to their Summer League roster as an undrafted free agent. Pinkston averaged 11.7 points and 5.4 rebounds per game over his four seasons at Villanova. He attended Bishop Loughlin Memorial High School in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood, a short walk from Barclays Center.
