Carlesimo said before the game that Brooklyn Nets guard MarShon Brooks, already wavering in and out of the rotation, didn’t really have a role in tonight’s game, sine there weren’t many matchups he could exploit on the wings with the Chicago Bulls. Maybe that was subterfuge, because Brooks entered the game nine minutes in and did some nice things with the ball in his hands, including this fake and floater that got Taj Gibson leaping in the wrong direction.
