Joe Johnson, who’s battling a stomach virus, is expected to miss the Nets’ trip to Chicago to take on the Chicago Bulls Wednesday. Johnson didn’t practice Sunday and missed his first game of the season with the sickness Monday night. Johnson has averaged 15.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game to open the season, but has cooled off after a hot start.
Alan Anderson started in Johnson’s place Monday night. Brook Lopez, who suffered a lower back strain over the weekend, is also not expected to play.
