Jarrett Jack (hamstring) PROBABLE vs. Spurs

JackJarrett Jack, who missed four straight practices with a sore left hamstring heading into the season, returned to Nets practice on Thursday and has been listed as probable to play against the San Antonio Spurs tonight.

Jack told reporters at Nets shootaround in San Antonio that he’d play tonight:

Jack was replaced by backup Shane Larkin on opening night — which happened to be Jack’s 32nd birthday. Larkin scored eight points and dished out eight assists in the starting role.

If Jack does play, it’ll be his first playing time of the season after averaging 12 points and 4.7 assists in 28 minutes per game last season.
