Brooklyn Nets small forward Gerald Wallace will miss his second straight game after suffering bruised ribs Friday night vs. the Phoenix Suns, the team announced today. Wallace took a hard fall going up for a dunk when he was hit by P.J. Tucker.
Tonight will mark Wallace’s tenth game missed this season; Wallace suffered a sprained ankle in the final minute of the team’s opening night game against the Toronto Raptors and missed a chunk of the season with the injury.
Additionally, the Nets announced that backup center Andray Blatche is a game-time decision with an illness.
