Fantasy Basketball is all about outsmarting your opponents, and much of that is done through grabbing the unfound star in free agency. Here’s our best way to do that in Week 20.

Note: All OWN%’s come from ESPN Fantasy Leagues.

Point Guard:

PHI- Isaiah Canaan (17.8%)

Philadelphia has a famous bell, and now they have a Canaan-ball. The deadline addition has averaged 19.7 points (4.7 3PM), 6.0 assists, and 4.7 rebounds in 35.5 minutes per game over his last four games. That’s one explosive weapon.

ATL- Dennis Schroder (6.9%)

The “German Menace” has averaged 15.8 points and 8.0 assists over his last four games, offering some true clarity to the meaning of the fire stripe in his hair.

Shooting Guard:

MEM- Tony Allen (3.7%)

The Lionel Hollins-made product is finally returning to Grindfather form. 11.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 2.7 steals in the 3 games since his suspension. That calls for a dance.

MIN- Gary Neal (1.2%)

Everyone seems to have forgotten about the disgruntled former Hornets guard. Now with the Timberwolves, he’s not playing for wins, but he’s getting numbers. NBA GM’s: what do you think 18.8 points per game over his last four games is worth?

Small Forward:

PHO- P.J. Tucker (26.7%)

Nobody else on the market will give you this many rebounds at the position. 8.5 rebounds per game in his last four, plus 15.3 points per game.

MIL- Ersan Ilyasova (8.8%)

14.1 points and 7.3 rebounds per game in his last seven games.

PHI- Luc Richard Mbah a Moute (5.5%)

Let the Prince (one of many) of Cameroon take his talents to your fantasy roster. He has posted 17.0 points and 6.3 boards in his last three games.

Power Forward:

CHI- Taj Gibson (29.0%)

Just a reminder, since he’s close to coming back from an ankle injury, and is widely available.

NYK- Andrea Bargnani (21.9%)

3 consecutive weeks on this list. I’m still ambivalent on whether to feel guilt or laugh when the former 2006 #1 pick fields questions from the media on his future.

Center:

LAL- Ed Davis (18.0%)

A reserve Lakers center is worth a look? I know, it’s crazy, but 11.3 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks per game in his last three games is nothing to sneeze at.

CHA- Cody Zeller (5.0%)

He’s a walking near-double-double. Averaging 12.4 points and 7.4 rebounds in his last five games.
