Nets vs. Blazers, D-Will vs. Lillard:
The BK Game Streak

The 41-29 Brooklyn Nets take on the 33-37 Portland Trail Blazers in Portland to kick off the second half of their Circus Trip, and along with a chance to guarantee a season over .500 for the first time since 2005-06, you know what that means: another chance to play The BK Game Streak to win a $200 Amazon Gift Card!

The game is as simple as it sounds:

1. The contest relies on a standard betting line for each game. (Note: you must be logged into Facebook to play.) To make your prediction, select YES or NO to agree or disagree. For example: today’s line is “Deron Williams will score more points than Damian Lillard.” If you think Williams will outscore Lillard in tonight’s game, select “YES.” If you think Lillard will outscore D-Will, or that they’ll score the same amount of points, select “NO.”

For the record: Williams is averaging 18.4 points per game this season, 23.4 per game since the All-Star Break, and the Nets will be without Joe Johnson tonight. Lillard, the NBA’s likely Rookie of the Year and a player the Trail Blazers selected with a pick originally belonging to the Nets, is averaging 19.1 points per game, 21.6 per game since the All-Star Break, and the Trail Blazers will be without LaMarcus Aldridge.

2. String together wins and try to get the longest streak of correct predictions before the end of the NBA regular season. Follow game results on the leaderboard on the right sidebar.

At the end of the season, we’ll award three prizes to the players with the best three streaks: The Gold Net Trophy (longest streak) and a $200 Amazon Gift Card will be awarded to first place, the Silver Net Trophy (second-longest streak) and a $50 Amazon Gift Card to second place, and the Bronze Net Trophy (third-longest streak) $25 Amazon Gift Card and a Bronze Net Trophy to third place.
