Daily Link: Nets take over Armor

We’ve been talking about the topic for a while, but the Nets officially took over the basketball operations of the Springfield Armor. The Nets are the fifth NBA team to have such an affiliation with a D-League roster, after sharing the Armor with the Knicks and Sixers over the past season.

This is great news for the Nets organization. New Jersey now has something similar to a “farm system”. Hopefully, the Nets can get some real role players out of this system, as opposed to the issues they’ve had for the past couple of seasons.
