Most Valuable Passer

This one surprised me — I didn’t expect a point guard to have a high ratio. But awarded to the player with the highest ratio of passes to assists, this one goes to Deron Williams, who despite a rough season averaged one assist every 9.9 completed passes to lead the team.
If you include his 1.8 secondary assists per game (sixth-best in the NBA), Williams made a pass that led to a made basket in one out of every 7.6 passes. As a whole, the team averaged one assist every 14 passes.
Runner-up: Joe Johnson didn’t pass much, but he passed well: one out of every 10.5 Joe Johnson passes ended with a teammate making a basket.
