I’m excited as anyone about the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center, and all the excitement surrounding it, however, reading the article about the Atlantic Yards is upsetting. I love the fact that Brooklyn is the anti-Manhattan, and I think these 15 towers destroy that. I was part of the opposition to the arena because of that. As a sports fan I love the idea of Brooklyn Nets, but hate the idea of Manhattanizing Brooklyn.

if THAT was the worst flop of the night, then the new rules must be working because that was an embellishment at best. definitely not a flop.
