Speaking with reporters, Chicago Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau talks about the Game 2 matchup with the Brooklyn Nets, saying that Brooklyn Nets center Brook Lopez is the type of guy “you have to defend with your whole team.”
After complimenting Lopez’s offensive game, Thibodeau noted from his perspective that “there’s a lot of things where we have to tie all five guys together, which we didn’t do.”
Lopez finished Game 1 with 21 points on 7-15 shooting, hitting all seven of his free throws. 19 of his points came in the game-deciding first half.
