Marc Stein of ESPN.com adds that the trade has been presented to Kevin Garnett in the hopes that he will waive his no-trade clause:

So the deal as constructed: the Nets would acquire Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Jason Terry, sending out Gerald Wallace, Kris Humphries, Reggie Evans, a signed-and-traded Keith Bogans, one of Tornike Shengelia, Kris Joseph, or Tyshawn Taylor, and three first-round picks (2014, 2016, 2018).
Deals have gotten blocked at ownership level before, but that’s as serious as a report we’ve gotten yet.
The trade still cannot be officially completed until July 10th, even if the teams agree in principle before that time.
