Slow Johnson?
Participating in the 2014 Foot Locker Three-Point Shootout, Brooklyn Nets guard Joe Johnson dropped just 11 points out of a possible 34, finishing last among all eight participants. Johnson moved, um, methodically through the five racks, and he didn’t even get a chance to finish his last rack.
Johnson, a seven-time All-Star, was performing in his second Three-Point Shootout, scoring just eight points in his first try in 2005 as a member of the Phoenix Suns. Through the All-Star break, he’d shot 39 percent (94-241) from three-point range on the season.
