After just one game with the Springfield Armor, the Brooklyn Nets have recalled Tornike Shengelia and Tyshawn Taylor from their D-League affiliate. As there is no limit to how many times the Nets can send down and recall their rookies, Springfield represents a chance to get the two playing time — something they’ve been unable to do in Brooklyn.
Shengelia finished last night’s Armor game with 15 points, five rebounds, and two assists; Taylor finished with 21 points, eight assists, four rebounds and two steals. The Armor lost to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, 121-106.
