Through a round of tweets produced by Nets beat writers as well as the Nets-PR account, updates were given about both player health, how Brook Lopez feels about facing his brother, as well as the controversial late-game coaching decisions made in last night’s loss to Memphis:
Joe Johnson practiced with the team today. Listed as questionable for tomorrow at NO… Stackhouse is NWT- personal.

#BrooklynNets PJ Carlesimo admits the whole sitting Brook Lopez in fourth has not been the best idea he’s had

In addition to the injury and coaching updates, Fred Kerber tweets that when asked about how Brook Lopez feels about facing his twin brother Robin, Brook responded by saying “worst player in the NBA.” We assume (hope?) he is only joking. In the 5 games in which the twins have gone head to head, Brook’s team is 1-4; though Brook’s team has struggled, he himself has not — in those 5 games Brook averages 16.8 PPG, 8.8 REB while shooting 51% from the field. Robin averages a solid 9.8 PPG while shooting 68% from the field.
It is also unknown whether Joe Johnson will suit up in New Orleans, but ESPN.com’s Mike Mazzeo tweets that P.J. Carlesimo sounds optimistic that the 6-time All-Star will ultimately play.
