- The Nets complete the 4-0 series sweep over the Bobcats, its their first 4-game series sweep since the 2008-09 season when they swept the Philadelphia 76ers.
- The last time the Nets swept the Bobcats was during their inaugural season in 2004-05, a team that featured a 22 year old Gerald Wallace.
- This was only the second game of the season three different players recorded double-doubles, the other time coming on March 7 vs. the Clippers.
- All five Nets starters reached double figures in scoring for the third time this season, also happening on January 1 vs. the Cavaliers and January 13 vs. the Suns.
