Brooklyn Nets forward Mirza Teletovic, fighting a hip pointer, skipped the team’s morning shootaround and is officially listed as out for tonight’s game against the Chicago Bulls. Mason Plumlee will start alongside Kevin Garnett.
Earlier today, Teletovic was called “50-50” by Nets coach Lionel Hollins via ESPN’s Mike Mazzeo:
Lionel says Mirza (hip) is 50-50 for tonight; he didn't shoot this morning #Nets

Teletovic suffered the hip pointer, along with an elbow to the cheek that required four stitches in the third quarter of the team’s Monday night 110-88 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers that was barely about the game.
Joe Johnson (stomach virus), Brook Lopez (back), and Andrei Kirilenko (personal) did not travel with the team, and if Teletovic is out, Hollins will only have 11 players on hand against the 12-8 Bulls. The Bulls will be without defensive-minded starting center Joakim Noah, who has a sprained right ankle.
