The end of the Brooklyn Nets-Los Angeles Lakers game was already a barrel of confusion, with coach Jason Kidd apparently telling second-year guard Tyshawn Taylor to run into him, giving the team an extra timeout and allowing the team to draw up a play in crunch time. But it appears the Lakers had a few tricks up their sleeves too: two of their players were actually in the huddle with assistant coach John Welch and the team’s players as they drew up the play.
MORE CRAZINESS! 2 Lakers were in on the Nets huddle during a Timeout, Nets didn't even realize! @BleacherReport pic.twitter.com/RQLemayrlQ

Lakers guard Xavier Henry acknowledged that they snuck in the huddle to a fan:

This may have been the most amazing ending to a game I’ve ever witnessed. Only bad part: the Nets lost, 99-94.
