The above image is of Brooklyn Nets forward Andrei Kirilenko, kicking it in Africa with a cheetah, so that’s about all I need for today.
Kirilenko is in the country with about a dozen NBA ambassadors, including new Nets coach Lionel Hollins, for Basketball Without Borders, which as self-described by the NBA is “the NBA and FIBA’s global basketball development program that uses the sport to create positive social change in the areas of education, health and wellness.”
Can you blame Kirilenko for being in love? That cheetah looks fiesty and contented. If Andrei’s wife Masha has some competition, she shouldn’t be worried: remember, this is the wife that gave Andrei a unique once-per-year “pass,” a pass that Kirilenko says he does not use. She certainly doesn’t lack for confidence.
