All basketball heads rejoice! NBA 2K17 is set to hit shelves in just a few weeks now, boasting new Olympic teams, additions to MyCareer and MyPark, and a healthy dose of the handsome Michael B. Jordan. But, for fans of the Brooklyn Nets, they may have trouble stomaching the roster ratings that have leaked recently. Ronnie Singh, the online spokesperson for the 2K series, typically makes a grand unveiling of the league’s superstars and rookies over the course of the summer — but additional screenshots have made their way to Twitter as well.

Nets' 2k17 ratings
Superfan Doug Bearak helped put together a chart of the newest ratings compared to theirs in past years.

Thanks to reader Doug Bearak, we’ve got the majority of the NBA 2K17 ratings right here. As you can see, Bojan Bogdanovic was the beneficiary of a strong showing at the Rio Olympics, jumping from a 75 to 76, but the stat-stuffing Brook Lopez dropped a full 3 points somehow. Elsewhere, new point guard Jeremy Lin and Chris McCullough got slight bumps and Trevor Booker stayed at the same rating from 2K16

We’re still on the lookout for Joe Harris, Greivis Vasquez, and Randy Foye’s ratings, but most of the roster is now set. Either way, the Nets are set to have one of the worst, if not the worst, collective team rankings in the game. Accurate rankings or not, head coach Kenny Atkinson has his work cut out for him this fall — so let’s hope most of these ratings get a nice mid-season boost!
