Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade will not play in their Monday night game against the Brooklyn Nets, Heat coach Erik Spoelstra announced before the game. Wade is nursing his left hamstring, after the team originally attributed his injury to his wrist, which is Luol Deng’s injury.

Forward Josh McRoberts has also been ruled out with a foot injury, and forward Deng is questionable. If Deng sits, Mario Chalmers and James Ennis are expected to start in his and Wade’s place.
After suffering three straight close road losses to high-quality teams in the Western Conference, the battered Heat represent an excellent chance for the Nets to get back on track and return to .500.
Tipoff for Nets-Heat is at 7:30 P.M. EST.
