It’s not clear when Deron Williams will return to the starting lineup, but it won’t be tonight.

Before the Friday night game against the Dallas Mavericks, coach Jason Kidd confirmed that the Brooklyn Nets guard will come off the bench for the third straight game after undergoing ankle treatment.

The Nets will roll out their now-regular starting lineup of Shaun Livingston, Alan Anderson, Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce, and Kevin Garnett. The team is 6-0 when that lineup starts.

In 55 minutes over two bench games, Williams has scored 22 points, shooting 4-10 in each game.
