The Brooklyn Nets formally announced that they’ve acquired Reggie Evans from the Los Angeles Clippers in a sign-and-trade deal. In return, the Clippers receive the right to swap second-round picks with the Nets in 2016, or as we call it around here, “nothing.”
Evans reportedly agreed to a three-year, $5 million deal with the Nets during the moratorium period, but details of his contract are still unofficial.
The 32-year-old Evans is one of the league’s more prolific rebounders, with a rebound rate of 21.1% over his career.
