Media Day 2014: Soon-to-be-deserted practice facility, Rutherford, tempered expectations, an old-school coach and an assortment of sandwiches in a hallway.
Safe to say whatever the opposite of a buzz word is, “expectations” is that word. But in the quietest of the three Brooklyn Nets media days yet, there were still some clear takeaways from Day One that should persist throughout the year.
