Some Nets news & notes from around the web:
- For those of you wondering what Avery Johnson's up to these days: promoting diabetes awareness with Dribble to Stop Diabetes.
- Emma Span has a message for the Nets: stop acting like the Andray Blatche "situation" isn't happening.
- Deron Williams is practicing less. Maybe less is more?
(That link above is worth it for the picture alone.)
- Gothamist has put together a mixtape in honor of the 2013 Brooklyn Nets, to which I say, okay.

Emma Span’s article is absolute crap. All parties involved are following sound legal advice.

Agree with PJ, and I like the piece about Avery. Seems like a great person, just not the right coach for the Nets. I wish him the best.

Count me as #3 in the “Span’s article is crap” party.

What, pray tell, is “absolute crap” about Span’s article? Do you miss the part where she recognizes the logic and soundness of the legal approach being taken? She is merely raising the concern that maybe this warrants a little more than saying this is a non issue, considering the gravity of the accusations.
