The Brooklyn Nets will have a full flight down to Duke for training camp.

The team announced that they’ve signed Justin Harper, a 6’9″ power forward former second-round pick in 2011 by the Cleveland Cavaliers. Harper brings the team’s training camp roster to a full 20 players, once they officially announce the signing of Yanick Moreira.

The Nets worked out Harper in the lead-up to the 2011 draft, and he posted the lowest body fat percentage at the NBA Draft Combine (4.0%). Harper played four years at the University of Richmond, averaging 17.9 points and 6.9 rebounds per game in his senior season, hitting a robust 44.8 percent of his college threes.

But his NBA career spans just 84 minutes over 14 games for the Orlando Magic in his rookie season; Harper shot 29 percent from the field (9-for-31) and 15.4 percent (2-for-13) from the NBA 3-point line. Following his cup of coffee in Orlando, Harper made stops in Israel, Italy, and the D-League, most recently playing in Summer League for the Phoenix Suns & Detroit Pistons.
