Barclays Center wasn’t just for Brooklyn Nets basketball last season, and the trend will continue next year. On November 25th and 26th, Brooklyn’s Barclays Center will host the Progressive Legends Classic for the second straight year, featuring Pitt, Stanford, Texas Tech, and Houston. The full bracket of 12 teams will be announced at a later date.

Barclays Center hosted the Legends Classic, then presented by The Gazelle Group, on November 19th and 20th in 2012. Indiana defeated Georgetown 82-72 in overtime to take the title. Indiana ended up as a #1 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament, making it to the Sweet Sixteen before dropping a stunner to Syracuse, 61-50. Georgetown ended up a #2 overall seed but did even worse, losing to 15th-seed and tournament darling Florida Gulf Coast in the first round, 78-68.
