Triangle Offense..?

Can anyone break down the Triangle Offense working with the Nets? From what I understand Phil Jackson’s never really worked with a PG like Deron Williams, so I’m not sure how everything will fit. I understand that the players on the floor need to be able to pass well and the offense is very free flowing, but can anyone explain?
