Brooklyn Nets New Year’s Resolutions

Kris Humphries: Improve image, improve reality.

Kris is simple: improve your public image. Since the divorce with Kim Kardashian, his popularity has taken a nosedive, as he was even voted the most hated player in the NBA in a survey last year. However, more recently, Humphries' anemic offensive game has worn Brooklyn Nets fans thin. He has little to no post moves, and remains a liability on offense.

A more well-understood Humphries means a more well-liked Humphries means a happier Humphries, which perhaps means a better on-court Humphries. In 2013, Kris Humphries should resolve to get back in the rotation (and maybe start hitting the pick and pop more consistently).

We already have a serviceable starting power forward. Unfortunately, he’s doing duty as our backup five right now. If we had a legitimate second-string centre, we’d be able to shift Blatche to his natural position at the four and run Reggie or Kris with the second unit.
