Andray Blatche: Stay on the wagon.

Andray Blatche Brooklyn Nets

Or stay off the wagon. Or something about a wagon. I'm not quite clear on that. Basically, whatever Andray Blatche existed in Washington, continue keep him away. Yes, he's still a negative defender, and yes, he still has games marred by cluelessness, and yes, when Blatche faces up in front of the basket, anything is possible in a way Kevin Garnett couldn't have imagined. But when taking what he's done in the aggregate, it's hard to do anything but enjoy the ride, white-knuckled gripping the wagon (so I guess we're on the wagon). In a way, I can't believe what I'm watching -- so please, allow me to continue watching.

Also: stop trying to score through triple-teams in the post. That'd be cool.

We already have a serviceable starting power forward. Unfortunately, he’s doing duty as our backup five right now. If we had a legitimate second-string centre, we’d be able to shift Blatche to his natural position at the four and run Reggie or Kris with the second unit.
