Brooklyn Nets 73, Miami Heat 103

Deron-Williams1

Deron Williams POINT GUARD

THE GOOD: Shot the ball well and attacked aggressively. THE BAD: Was uncharacteristically sloppy with the ball, turning it over seven times (three assists).

Joe Johnson SHOOTING GUARD

Didn’t shoot the ball well despite some decent looks and his isolation at times killed the Nets offense.

Kris Humphries POWER FORWARD

Played a great first half, finishing with a double-double but there wasn’t much production from him in the second half.

Brook Lopez CENTER

Reasonably ineffective night for Lopez finishing with eight points on just eight shots. Had to deal with Bosh on the other end of the floor for most of the night which is a super tough matchup for Brook and to his credit he managed to hold Bosh in check.

Andray Blatche POWER FORWARD

He has a long way to go until he becomes a capable player on the defensive end and when he shoots just 2-8 he becomes hard to keep on the court.

MarShon Brooks SHOOTING GUARD

A lone bright spot for the Nets. Looked the most comfortable of any Net attacking Miami off the dribble and had a few typical crafty finishes that only MarShon can do.

Mirza Teletovic POWER FORWARD

When you’re paid to be a shooter and then promptly clank six of your seven three-point attempts…well yeah, you get the picture.
