    Fortunate to have some power at school, I just hope that everyone else is staying safe while Sandy goes all Jayson Williams on the east coast. Stay safe everyone, and enjoy NBA opening night.

    I live about 20-25 minutes from Barclays. We got a fair amount of wind here but other than a few flickers we didn’t lose any power. Barclays appears to be well too.

    Also BASKETBALL! TONIGHT! IT BEGINS!

    This is literally the first time ever that I was not mad about having to move from New Jersey to Virginia.  Never lost power just lots of rain and a little wind and two days off of school.

    I have family in New Jersey that just got power back recently. Some families still don’t have power.

    Yeah, I talked to one of my friends up there as of last night no power for him.
